The program is based on the Tabata method principle (20 seconds of intense effort followed by 10 seconds of rest).
TABATA+ will be combined with cardio exercises (squats, push-ups, cycling, etc.).
Note: The placement of the electrodes should target the specific muscle groups.



Setup
Place 3 adhesive electrodes as shown in the diagram, depending on the area to be worked on.
Treatment

Set the RET (Low) mode to 40% to establish moderate diathermy and adjust the Hi-EMS (Tabata+) to 50% to achieve a firm contraction. Combine with a cardio exercise.
