PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
When you use our website, you may provide us with personal information. This is particularly the case when you fill in a registration form, or when you connect via a Google or Facebook account.
The Personal Data collected will be the information concerning you which allows you to be identified such as :
- your title, your surname, your first name
- the postal address of the firm, its e-mail address and telephone number
- the serial numbers of the devices purchased
- the e-mail(s) of the colleague(s) to whom you will have given access to the platform
- any particular request that you may send to us (mainly for archiving purposes) and any other useful Personal Data.
Optionally, we may collect other Personal Data such as your specialisation, qualifications specialisation, qualifications, biography, languages spoken, associates, date of birth and profile/banner photos. We may also ask you to complete surveys which we use for scientific and statistical purposes.
In France, personal data is protected in particular by law no. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, law no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Criminal Code and the GDPR Regulation of 25 May 2018.
In the European Economic Area, the GDPR Regulation on the protection of personal data applies.
When using the winback-academy.org website, the following may be collected: the URL of the links through which the user accessed the winback-academy.org site, the user’s access provider, the user’s Internet protocol (IP) address.
In any case, SWIMS SAS only collects personal information about the user for the purpose of certain services offered by the winback-
academy.org website. The user provides this information with full knowledge of the facts, in particular when he/she proceeds to enter it. The user of the site winback-academy.org is then informed whether or not he/she is required to provide this information. The legal basis for data processing is therefore consent.
Your personal data will be kept for as long as necessary unless you exercise your right to delete your data, under the conditions described below. A longer retention period is permitted or imposed by virtue of a legal or regulatory obligation.
RIGHT OF ACCESS AND RESOLUTIVE CONDITIONS
No personal information of the user of the winback-academy.org website is published without the user’s knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold on any medium whatsoever to third parties in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679). Only the assumption of the repurchase of SWIMS SAS and its rights would allow the transmission of the said information to the eventual purchaser who would in turn be bound by the same obligation of conservation and modification of the data with respect to the user of the winback-academy.org site.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, any user has a right of access, rectification, restitution, deletion and opposition to personal data concerning him/her, by making a written and signed request, accompanied by a copy of the identity document with the signature of the holder of the document, specifying the address or e-mail to which the reply should be sent to SWIMS SAS.

In Chrome: Click on the menu icon (symbolised by three horizontal lines) at the top right of the browser. Select Settings. Click on Show advanced settings. In the “Privacy” section, click on preferences. In the “Privacy” tab, you can block cookies.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Any dispute relating to the use of the winback-academy.org website is subject to French law. The competent courts of Paris have exclusive jurisdiction.
